The primary bedroom benefits from a dedicated dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, stone seat and brushed bronze accessories. The kitchen is finished with solid quartzite worktops and integrated Miele appliances. Throughout the residence, solid wooden doors are fitted with brushed bronze ironmongery, while comfort is maintained via room-controlled air cooling and heating. Engineered wood flooring runs through the living areas, with wool loop-pile carpeting in the bedrooms.

The Oren is designed by architect Alan Stanton OBE, co-founder of RIBA Stirling Prize-winning architecture firm, Stanton Williams. Each apartment is positioned so as to not be overlooked and is subtly different in layout and outlook from any other.
