Set on the first floor, this elegant three-bedroom apartment offers a separate kitchen and a spacious open-plan living and dining room. The main living space leads onto a generous south-west facing, full-width terrace, providing an expansive outdoor extension. In addition to the primary bedroom suite, there are two further bedrooms, one of which offers the flexibility to be used as a study.

The kitchen is appointed with solid quartzite worktops and a full suite of integrated Miele appliances.
