Community Grant

To celebrate its launch this September, The Oakleigh is inviting local organisations to apply for a new Community Grant, created to support a project, campaign, event or initiative that will make a meaningful and positive difference to people living in the St Albans area.

The Oakleigh is a new approach to retirement living for people aged 65 and over, inspired by concepts that have proven highly popular across New Zealand and Australia. Located near St Albans, the development offers architecturally designed homes, a restaurant, premium amenities and a welcoming community of local residents.

To apply for the Community Grant, submit your organisation’s details and project proposal using the link below. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. T&Cs apply.
