The Denton Summer Guest Pass
- To activate your Guest Pass, please email thedenton@elysianresidences.com , visit thedentonberkhamsted.com, click ‘Guest Pass’ and complete the form or visit the reception desk at The Denton, Shootersway, Berkhamsted, HP4 3NG.
- The Guest Pass is offered to over 60s, living locally to The Denton.
- Your guest pass entitles you to attend 10 free health, fitness or lifestyle activities held at The Denton, up to and including the 30th August 2024.
- After the initial period, you will be able to attend activities and classes at The Denton at a discounted rate per fitness class, during the opening period up to 30th August 2024.
- The Guest Pass programme will run throughout Summer ’24 ending on the 30th August 2024, thereafter normal trading in classes and activities will continue per the fee schedule of The Denton.
- An individual can only sign up to the Guest Pass once within the offer period.
- Your guest pass is for the named holder only and cannot be transferred to anyone else. If you have a friend or family member who would like to use a guest pass, they can sign up to the programme as an individual.
- You must agree to the terms and conditions of the membership and code of conduct for the communal areas of The Denton before you can use your pass.
- You must complete a PAR Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) and on-site induction before taking part in fitness activities.
- The Guest Pass gives access to a special programme of classes, activities and events that have been designed to promote the lifestyle on offer at The Denton. There may be activities and events going on that are not included as part of the Guest Pass.
- The activities timetable will be circulated by email on a weekly basis, booking is required for all activities by phone, at reception, or using The Denton App.
- All classes and activities are subject to availability, prior booking is essential.
- Classes are limited to one type per person per week, for example you may not attend two yoga classes in a week, you may attend multiple classes of different types, e.g yoga and aerobics. This is to give everyone a fair chance to attend.
- Car parking onsite is available but limited, please let us know if you would like to visit by car.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the class or activity start time, entrance will not be permitted to health and fitness classes once the class has started.
- If you need to cancel a class, please give us 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in an additional session being revoked from your Guest Pass.
- Elysian Residences reserves the right to refuse use of the Guest Pass and/or access to and use of its facilities at its discretion. Where we refuse use or access due to your conduct or breach of our terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund or credit. Where we refuse use or access for reasons within our control, such as health and safety concerns, we may at our sole discretion issue you with a refund, credit or alternative Guest Pass.

Complimentary Afternoon Tea with Champagne at the Landsby
- Your appointment must be booked by 30th September 2021.
- Offer only available for appointments between 21st June and 30th September 2021
- This offer consists of a traditional afternoon tea with champagne, valid for two people at the Landsby, Stanmore
- Complimentary drink options are a standard glass of Champagne and tea or coffee
- Spirits, wine, and beer are excluded
- Offer is only available for one booking per household and not for subsequent visits
- Booking is required through the Landsby sales team and is subject to availability
- This offer is not exchangeable for monetary value

- Offer is valid for those who reserve and complete by 31st December 2021
- Offer is on both option A and option B service charge
- Offer does not apply to additional and optional care packages purchased
- Offer must be quoted on reservation paperwork
- Excludes properties that are already reserved
- Offer will be applied when the exchange fee is paid
- If the property sale is cancelled for any reason, the offer will no longer apply

Pavilion Restaurant at Wildernesse House 50% off food
- Offer only available to first 100 who book with the voucher at the Pavilion restaurant

- Offer only applies to one table booking at the Pavilion restaurant per voucher, and not subsequent visits
- Offer is for 50% off the first £100 of total food bill only i.e up to £50 total value
- The offer excludes all beverages
